Last updated · 24 May 2026These terms apply when you place an order with Little Love Notes. They are written to be plain and short. By placing an order, you accept them.

What I make
A made-to-order textile keepsake: a handwritten note (yours or someone else's that you supply) stitched onto a 5 × 7 inch (approx. 13 × 18 cm) natural cotton canvas in red thread. The canvas is delivered unframed.
Each piece is stitched to order. I aim to get as close to your handwriting as possible, but stitching onto canvas is not a print or an exact copy. Small deviations from the original are a natural part of the process and are not considered a fault.
How an order works
- You pick your region and pay through the Stripe checkout link on the website.
- You send me a clear photo or scan of the note via Instagram DM or email.
- I confirm whether the handwriting will work.
- I make the keepsake. Production time is usually 5–6 weeks from when I have your photo.
- The keepsake ships to the address you provided at checkout.
Price and payment
The price is €75 per piece, plus regional shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details.
Shipping
Shipping is added to the order total at checkout and varies by destination. See the order page for the shipping cost in your region. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
For orders shipped to the USA, import duties are prepaid by me, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. For orders to Europe, the UK, and the rest of the world, your country may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are outside my control, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Sales are final
Because each piece is custom-made from the note you supply, there is no general right to cancel or return the order once it has been placed. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
If the photo you provide is not suitable for stitching and we cannot agree on an alternative, you'll receive a full refund.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a workmanship issue, please DM or email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I will repair, remake, or refund the piece, whichever is appropriate.
Loss or damage in transit
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact me as soon as possible and I will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Limitation of liability
My liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.
Updates
If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated.
